Just a thought

About 23 things I'm thinking it may have been easier to set up this blog first to communicate any problems from the start

    Hi Claire, we did set up the FAQ blog for posting any problems but we seem to be dealing with those by email rather than blogging. That may come later as everyone is more into using blogs as communication tools.
