Scrapbooking tool

Again problems - trying to put photo into a scrapbooking background - could upload and edit but couldn't get a finished product. Tried Layout editor and HTML could edit in both but couldn't get a finished product - kept saying error on page. Giving up (again) for today and will try at home.
